People see or hear “Get in Shape” and become underwhelmed with thoughts of previous attempts or their own current condition. In today’s society most of us do much less walking and moving than we used too. This is partly due to the convenience the modern age of wifi and fast food has brought and these serve as excuses for why some believe getting in shape is impossible.
It is simply a matter of changing how you live deliberately. Getting in shape will not happen by sitting around and thinking about change.
It starts with getting up and doing something everyday. It doesn’t have to start as anything one might consider crazy, i.e. running a marathon. It can start as walking or climbing the stairs a few extra times a day. As long as you do something and continue to build on that each week you will see progress.
So “Get Up and Move.”
